I'm Iris, here to be your guide into the exploration and expression of your own deep, wild nature. 

I spent years not doing what I wanted—or even letting myself consider what I truly wanted. I was afraid to misstep, so I didn't fully participate in my own life.

The more I intentionally make time for myself, however, the more pieces of who I am in my deepest core fall into place.

These days, I purposefully make time for rest and introspection, two extremely necessary components for living an intentionally satisfying life. I celebrate my wins and celebrate the work of others.

I'm the founder of Project Intention, a values-based community focused on living day-to-day with purpose, planning, and heart. As a writer, soul explorer, soon-to-be yoga teacher, and atheist-turned-spiritual junkie, my own pursuit is to follow what feels good and true and to help other women do the same.

I encourage women to adopt the self care practices that make them feel divine, the planning tools to hone in on their essential wants and needs, and the emotional resilience to express their most authentic selves.

Questions & Answers

Who is [wholehearted & wild] for?

This course is for women who have a yearning call to "come back" to themselves, who feel there are parts of themselves that are brilliant but not wholly expressed, who want to embrace both their gentle hearts and ferocious honesty.

This is not for anyone who does not wish to both pursue a fuller life and do the necessary self-examination and work to get there. Living wholeheartedly is beautiful, but it is hard. Those who sign up must be willing to face themselves with compassion and truthfulness.

What do I need to participate in [wholehearted & wild]?

Besides your beautiful, badass self? Access to your email account and the ability to listen to audio on your computer. That's it!

What if I don't have the time and/or energy for the course?

Even though emails arrive every other day, the course is self-paced so you can delve into the material on whatever timeline works for you. You may have the time and energy to devote to all aspects of the course or choose to just focus on one element at a time. That said, you will get out of this course what you put into it, so make sure you act in accordance with your own priorities.
